When Life Doesn’t Turn Out How You’d Hoped
When life doesn’t turn out the way you’d hoped, does not mean that it won’t turn out better than what you thought it would be. In high school, you had all these goals and dreams. Want to go to college because that’s what society told you that you needed to do? They told you that a college degree is the only way you can make it in life.
Here I am a college drop out but guess what I’m an entrepreneur, a blogger, an artist who loves doing art and I am also a certified event coordinator. The funny thing is I am currently not using my events credentials but I will soon. I thought yes I was gonna go to college finish college get a nice paying job, make money and live comfortably ever after. But life and God had other plans.
I see all the progress I’ve made in my life and all the accomplishments and goals I have met and I am eternally grateful to God. Sometimes it takes a tragedy for you to realize when something isn’t for you. When I look back sometimes I say if only I knew the things that I know now. At the end of the day God is in control and he knows what’s best. I pictured my life so differently but always remember life won’t always turn out the way you hoped.

When life didn’t turn out the way you expected
Do I have any regrets, yes, I should not but I do? Do I think at times what if?, yes I do. If I knew then what I know now, I would have made different decisions. However, God takes us through lessons and trials to make us and mould us. It is better to try and fail than at the end of the day wonder what could have been.
Have you ever wished that you could turn back time? Making different choices to see how differently your life could have turned out, I do sometimes think about it. Is it worth thinking about? no, not really but we are humans so that’s natural and ok. It is ok to feel sad, angry, feel disappointed when things don’t turn out the way you hoped. Just don’t dwell on what could have been. Instead, look ahead and appreciate where you are at this moment.
Start from where you are, and know that things can turn out even greater for you than you hoped. Day by day I am learning and growing. Many lessons and trails come along the way. But I do my best at learning from them. While you are on your journey know that God will place people in your life to help you along the way. When you least expect it things can start taking a positive turn for you. No matter what remember your life is worth something. When your life doesn’t turn out how you’d hoped know that it can turn out even better than you imagined.

Love this! Yeah life definitely didn’t go how I planned. My mom want me to be a pharmacist but I got my degree in psychology. Even then I’m a blogger and online reading tutor, so you never know

This post came to me exactly as needed. I am currently telling myself things aren’t going the way I’d like but it’s because God is saving me from something so that something better will come along. You’d think it’d be a hard hit and naturally I was sad but you just have to learn let your emotions out and then get back to it and Remember God has something so much better planned ahead.

So many people struggle with failure because society told us we have to follow their path to success. You have a great writing style with personal touch to it. Keep up the great work. Look forward to reading more of your work
