Time To Breathe Inspirational Planner, Journal & Playbook
Time To Breathe Inspirational Planner has been a game changer in my life. Not only is it a planner but it’s also a journal and playbook all in one. I can write down my tasks for the day and my daily affirmations/motivation and what I’m grateful for. As well as I can write down on my checklist what I accomplished for the day etc to keep track.
This 3 in 1 planner is woman-owned and began in 2014 when she opened her first private practice. Offering psychotherapy one on one or group workshops. It has always been her dream to open up a healing centre. With the pandemic, it became harder for people to travel to her so she thought of offering products that are inspiring and helpful that others can bring home. That’s when the time to breathe was born and I must say it is a must-have.
Time To Breathe Planner & Journal
The time to breathe inspirational planner helps in keeping you focused on your goals, being grateful, mindful and inspired. It is a dateless planner so if you miss a day that’s ok. However, try your best to be consistent and write daily. Each day has a new affirmation on each page as well as you can write your affirmation for the day. It boosts you to think about what you are grateful for each day and so much more.
This 3 in 1 planner isn’t only great for adults or girl bosses but also teens too, basically, this planner is an all-rounder and great for the whole family. If you want to gift yourself or someone a planner this one is perfect and need I remind you that it’s dateless! There are days when I don’t write in my planner and having a dated planner and not filling a spot makes me feel bad or feel like I haven’t accomplished anything on that day. Am I the only one who feels that way? So I find having a dateless planner makes better sense.

LOVE, LIGHT & BLESSINGS
While I love my Commit30 planner, this one looks interesting! I like that you can track your thoughts but not forced to by date!
exactly that’s why I love it too. Using a dated planner puts pressure on you at times especially if you’re someone who struggles with anxiety
