Hey there my loves #throwbackmarch continues!!!. I Hey there my loves #throwbackmarch continues!!!. I must say this week was a rough one. I have struggled with endo for most of my years since I started having a period, while some can actually can get rid of theirs or have done things to help. While sometimes they help, sometimes they don't for me as my endo is hereditary. It was passed down from my mom to me so I basically can't get rid of mine. I never really speak about myself much but I felt I needed to share this so other females out there who struggle too know that it's ok during this time to take a break but show up if you can. Remember to take care of you first, give yourself grace. Yes you have work to do, yes you are falling behind with your list but remember your health comes first.
