Chill-Pops Jamaica

Chill-Pops Gourmet Paletas

Chill-Pops is a must-visit whenever you are in Negril, Jamaica. It is located at the boardwalk shopping village on Norman Manley Boulevard. If you are a lover of popsicles this is a must-try spot. This lovely shop is simply cozy to sit and chill with friends or family while enjoying one or more of their delicious popsicles.

They have a wide range of pops from fruit-based, alcohol-infused, and ice cream fudge. With their tagline “Taste the Island” they could not have chosen a better tagline. There were so many options to try, however, I got a fruit-based flavour and we also went outside the box and chose a spontaneous flavour, the scotch bonnet margarita. I must say the flavour was amazing but I honestly wasn’t prepared for the kick of the scotch bonnet lol. To our surprise, there was a large piece of the scotch bonnet in it which we laughed about as we almost ate it not realizing. I chose the mango passion from the fruit-based line which I loved. It was refreshing. My friend got the oreo cookie n cream which she said was delicious.

The price ranges from $350 to 650 which is very affordable so you can try more than one flavour if you like. We were pressed for time so we only tried one flavour each. I must say I can’t wait to go back to try other flavours that they have. Did I mention that these popsicles are 100 per cent natural and fresh ingredients?!, It can’t get better than that. If you are vegan this spot is also for you whenever you want to treat yourself, as they are non-dairy. I have been hearing about gourmet palettes since they opened their doors in September 2020. I was hearing everyone rave about it and how good it is. I must say it exceeded my expectations and I can now tick it off my bucket list!!. I will be back!! because I have so many other flavours that I want to try.

That’s it for now loves!, living in Jamaica or visiting for vacation this is a must-visit spot. I highly recommend it.
